Tight eyeliner

I usually write positive reviews but not this time. I bought 2 of these items. I ended up throwing the first tube in the trash after one or two uses because there was almost no liquid in the eyeliner. I don't know, was it old eyeliner or what? There was more liquid in the second tube but it took many uses before the black color stayed on my cap. I will not buy this product again. barbara w
