The heel is uncomfortable
I bought 3 pairs and all were on the small side. The biggest problem is the back where that tag is digs into the top back of your heel and was very uncomfortable, particularly for the kids. I had to take first aid tape and put on children's heels to be able to wear them. Otherwise, they are very comfortable and stylish and were easy to wash in the washing machine.
