Review on High-Performing Oxygen Sensor Socket - ITEQ 3/8" Drive With 7/8" Offset And Wire Gate For Easy Side Accessing by Bill Lyons

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Absolute Garbage! Made of SOFT metal! Painted chrome or pewter?

I see a lot of 4 or 5 stars for this socket. I give it 1 star but think its a ZERO. I am shocked that it has such a high rating! The socket is made of SOFT metal coated with a black paint. I tried to remove my O2 sensor (which was stuck) with this socket and after only TWO attempts with a 3/8 socket wrench. it WARPED and lost it's shape! I was stunned at how easily it lost its shape with just a racket and hand force. CHEAP tool that might work for removing an O2 sensor that was previously treated with anti-seize? This product is not a hardened tool and wasted my time.

Pros
  • The ITEQ 3/8" Drive Oxygen Sensor Socket boasts a sleek and ergonomic design that not only makes it easy to use but also enhances grip for maximum torque, allowing users to work more efficiently and effectively
Cons
  • The oxygen sensor socket is bulky and not easily stored like other smaller tools. Users may find the socket challenging to store in confined spaces, making it an inconvenience in already crowded toolboxes
