Too long - my new review
My daughter usually wears an 8 in Target Cat and Jack leggings. Those eights were sooooo long on her, almost reaching her armpits. They also didn't come with a hair band. I didn't care though, I just wanted burgundy leggings.
- My granddaughters love them. Say they are very comfortable.
