Let me start by saying that I am not a professional plumber. However, I follow the instructions exactly. The problem with this is that the instructions are printed so small on a 2 7/8" by 2 7/8" card that I had to use a magnifying glass to read them. Also, the instructions only say which ends of the hose to connect. After hooking up the assembly and turning on the water, I was extremely disappointed to find that both ends of the smooth rounded end were leaking. A large amount of Teflon tape fixed the leak at the top of the smooth, rounded end. The lower end of the smooth round joint has a slight play and cannot be fixed. I won't take the shower head off and put it back in because it's too cumbersome. I just want to warn other potential buyers what they are getting themselves into. I have one last offer for a manufacturer, Hammerhead Showers. DO NOT invite people to take 5 minutes to write a review. Your product is not that good. UPDATE: I was very surprised when I was contacted by a representative from Hammer Head Showers shortly after I posted my first review. I received an email from a Hammer Head Showers representative asking them to send me a new unit. The next day I received a new block. I immediately (and anxiously) installed the new device. It worked great. Many thanks to Hammer Head Showers for resolving the issue so quickly.
