These orthotics are incredibly comfortable for sleeping! They seem to be wrapping their arms in pillows! I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis in both wrists and hands. My doctor advised me to sleep in bracelets, but I have never bought a special sleep band. If you're thinking why bother because these braces can't really be worn during the day since you can't use your hands either, I'm telling you it's worth it because they're very comfortable. And although you can't do much with your hands in it due to the soft cushion, sometimes when my wrists are really sore I just put them on and it gets better! This is because they are made to align the hand and wrist in a neutral position. The finger rest is just amazing. They give my tired, aching hands a much needed rest and help my numb and tingly fingers. They are also very well made. The metal hoop you can't even feel is fully sewn in and padded so it never falls. The thumb hole is very wide and never cuts into the area between the thumb and forefinger. There are three simple velcro straps, making them very easy to put on even if you're already on the other side. Very good price for such a high quality product!
