I've had 4ch for about a year now (wish I had 8ch!). It was very easy to set up. Connect the DVR and mount/connect (or wire to the DVR) cameras. They automatically pick up the signal and appear on the screen. It is very easy to regulate them. This system is designed to work great, be easy to set up and worry free. Yesterday I was tinkering with the settings (I didn't fully wake up) and there was an issue with a camera not working. I emailed customer service and Cindy helped locate my issue, sent a video of how to fix the issue and after 5 minutes everything is back to normal. She is so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. I have the system and service csutomer ААААА++++++ and 5 stars! Oh, and I'll probably be buying an 8ch soon :-) Thanks Cindy for the help!
