For me who has Asperger's/autism this is a form of therapy but I believe any neurotype can benefit from its use. I recommend a duvet cover, it's thin and cheap so breathable, I use it without a sheet and only wash the bedspread as I live in LA and sometimes it gets hot even at night. Weighted blankets help me feel more rested and relaxed, they are inexpensive but good quality. The sewn-in pockets made of glass beads are neatly sewn in, the beads are so small that you don't feel the texture (almost fine, like sand) even when sitting.
