The team is great! They are responsive and always willing to help when you need it most (as long as they don't have another project that's in high demand). I can say that their support has been top notch - they're quick at responding but also very thorough about what needs to be done next for our projects/apps so we know exactly where things stand before launch time. Their pricing structure makes sense too - not overly expensive per month or feature set compared to other services out there. We've used them for both paid messaging campaigns AND ad inventory management via API integration. Both use cases were successful using this service provider.
