Review on Premium Chrome Handheld Shower Head with 2.5 GPM Flow - Waterpik SM 653 CG by Brian Martin

Had my old one for years, it got a little hard and clogged some injectors. Wanted the same model but didn't. My old one was hard white plastic and seemed very durable. It's cheap plastic with a crappy chrome finish. Feels a lot cheaper. And my old one had 8 shots, this one only has 6. Worst of all, the old one had an arrow-shaped physical bump that indicated the shot it was on. He cannot say which setting he is pointing to. All you have to do is move the dial and see what happens. But it's hard to tell when you're fine-tuned or maybe a little off one side or the other. Another example of companies taking a good product and making it cheaper to make more money. I don't understand why as I think you are losing market share by lowering the quality of the product! Luckily I didn't want to risk another manufacturer in this case. This one works well but I was disappointed with the drop in quality and features!
