High quality with a strong fragrance
First of all I have to say that I can't tell a balm from an oil. The texture looks the same to me. This product is of very high quality in bulk. The only thing to watch out for is the smell. For better or worse, the smell is pretty strong. I personally like the smell but some didn't like it.
