My height is 19.5 inches at the top of my thigh, 5ft 1in, according to the chart I should buy XL, after reading all the reviews I chose LI was disappointed , because they would have been perfect leg warmers, but no compression. After contacting support they sent me a medium size. So far I am very happy with the product, right size and excellent support during training and relief after running. The quality is excellent. I feel the size chart needs to be adjusted so they don't lose money. The length is perfect too. I was afraid it would be too long for my size but it turned out to be just right. It ends at the bottom 1/3 of the lower leg and 3-4 inches from the groin. That's great.
