I am very happy with this quilted vest. I usually order the small (I'm 5ft 4" and 130lbs) but the medium isn't too big for me. The size depends on the desired fit. If you want a more fitted vest, go with the size. I prefer these things to be roomier so the average size suits me. The vest is very light, but keeps you warm and cozy. Once I wear it I don't want to take it off (sorry I live in Florida and can't wear it more than a few weeks a year here!). Because it's thinner, it fits underneath easily. Winter coat. I love the simple design of this vest, it's very versatile. The only thing I don't like is the fake buttons on the front pockets. I always think I can break them. I wish the pockets actually zipped up. Overall this is a great product and good value for money. I would recommend it.
