I was planning on having the nanny assemble this thing as a surprise and I'm missing the parts. I'm calling the toll free number when it opens on Monday to try and fix it but that's two days later so my plan is ruined. I'll update the review as soon as I speak to the support team. :( I'm so glad it was a surprise and I don't have to deal with unhappy kids. Update: We were told 6-8 weeks to get parts. Update: The company seriously underestimated parts and oversupplied. Instead of 6-8 weeks We got them in 3 days We assembled it in a weekend Easy to assemble with good instructions and solid once installed My kids love it.
