Easy to clean and lightweight. I'm a 5ft 0 woman and that ends at the tops of my legs. The sleeves are a bit long so I roll them up. The material allows unrestricted movement and the neck area is not too tight, but tight enough that the product does not run down the back. It also has enough fabric around the back to cover you 360 degrees.
