Spent $45 on a new backpack for my 13 year old daughter and so far she loves it. After 4 weeks of use, the handle started cracking. She only uses this handle to hang her backpack on a hook in her locker and it falls off. This backpack is too expensive for 4 weeks. I would love to get a replacement but of course we missed the return window by a week.
