I ordered 2 pairs of these rimless reading glasses because during a recent exam I found that one of my eyes needs 3.00x magnification and the other needs 3.50x magnification. Then they showed me prescription frames and lenses that would cost hundreds of dollars. I chose these particular glasses because the bolt and nut holding the lenses to the frame were visible and accessible. When I got two pairs of glasses, one with a 3.00x magnification and the other with a 3.50x magnification, I used a small pair of needle nose pliers and changed one of the lenses. I now have a proper "prescription" and it only cost me $19. The glasses are very comfortable with a pair of padded nose grips. The temples are mostly straight and do not dig into the skin above and behind the ears. I am very happy.
