Excellent Customer Success Experience and Overall Great People

The customer success team has been very responsive during our migration from SAB to Forge, which was one of their first clients after launch! They are also extremely accessible if there's anything we need clarification about what is going in or how it will work; even outside regular working hours via email / phone when needed (and not just "what time zone?"). Some minor UI changes could be made as well - I hope they do this soon because some parts feel kind-of dated compared with other companies outthere now such like Cloudflare &amp GoDaddy who have come along way since then :) Definitely recommend them highly! As long as all goes smoothly at both ends - seamless transition across platforms should happen naturally once everything settles down as expected, so far no issues here whatsoever :); The team at open forge is very helpful in understanding our requirements, they listen to us patiently & give suggestions accordingly which helps them understand what we want from their product / service - This gives confidence of working with these guys as I know my voice will be heard by someone who understands me well enough! Nothing so far!! They are great people overall! Keep up good work!!

Pros
  • Fantastic support/response speed given that its an early stage startup.
  • Very prompt response times within business hour range too.(4 PM PST) especially around holidays where many others may take days before responding back..openforge knows holiday schedules ;)
  • Great UX design + functionality wise ! No complaints yet either..no glaring flaws seen thusfar anyway.to date ;)
