Product stopped working after 1 week. I changed the batteries and it came back to life, but not for long. The brush head with new batteries will stop working if it is pressed too hard against the teeth. I promise I can brush my teeth gently but that shows how poorly this product works. I have changed 4 sets of batteries and have already bought a toothbrush from another manufacturer. I should have listened to the bad reviews I saw before purchasing this Oral-b, but I assumed that "it won't happen to me". However, it happened. Do not buy the Braun Db4010 Oral-b Advance Power Dual battery powered electric toothbrush. save your money
