I ALWAYS had to wait for these chairs due to an ordering problem and I was so happy to finally get them. I have a set of these without hands that I love. I like their design and price. In fact, that's the whole reason I ordered them. The quality is as expected, not good but not bad either. Super easy to assemble yourself. And they seem strong enough to last and last a while. My only complaint is that you can see 4 lap marks on the seat from which the chair curls up from underneath. It's okay, but it would be better without him. As I said, I had to wait for them for months, so I couldn't exchange them.
