It's hard to describe if you listened to standard headphones or even more expensive headphones costing several hundred dollars like mine. I wanted something good sounding, portable for work and the gym. I also like to use these types of headphones when playing on Xbox or PS4. 5 drivers configured this way sound different but I think they are amazing. They can be very loud at medium volume so you don't need to turn the volume up. The sound is very clear and detailed, with pronounced bass. I had a pair of ZSAs that I gave to a friend as they were only about $25 because he needed them. I heard they were released and gave a more balanced sound signature. I was not disappointed. For $50, they offer great detail and exceptional low-end compared to other options in this price range.
