.Item arrived with a zip closed and a slit in the middle. It took a few attempts to unzip the zipper to get through this splintered part and realign it. It's very thin and gets stuck in several places when I try to open or close it. The bag is VERY taller than any normal wrapping paper roll. The accessory attachment is so small that it only holds 8 loops and is filled to the brim. They could have made two more zippered accessory compartments to fill all the empty air space that the tops don't reach when the folded paper doesn't reach. Basically it's bullshit to me and exactly where it went as it doesn't cost any money to send it back.
