I bought this headset because I needed a cheap headset for my PC and tested it on my Samsung Note 8. Sound quality is very good in my opinion. with a good amount of bass, mids and highs. It has an adjustable volume slider on the cable itself, which is great for not having to go back to the PC to turn down the volume or adjust the volume on my Note 8. You can also turn off the mic with the controls on the cord. Some minor issues with the headset are that the microphone volume on my PC was very low when using Audacity. If you are using a PC to record podcasts with this headset then this is not a problem as you can adjust the audio gain but not sure how good it will be if you use it in a game as I say in game only would. like Call of Duty, which I haven't played in years. Another small issue is that I find the cord a bit short. Since it uses auxiliary cables, I had to run the connections to the back of my PC because my front connections didn't work. I think the length would be fine if my front aux inputs worked well, but I'm only mentioning it in case anyone has a PC setup like mine. It's very short and I wish they had added another 30cm to the length so I don't have to drag my computer. In general, everything is fine, just a few minor issues that I mentioned above. There was a foot more clearance for the audio and mic to plug in, so it's actually a very good length!
