Cheap chain
The chain broke on the first day. The chain on the product picture is not the one you will receive. Instead of a nice strong chain, you get an extra thin chain that isn't strong enough for such a large pendant. Luckily it came with a spare purple chain to hang the pendant on and I wouldn't have had any problems if they had used that chain in the first place. That's why I gave it four stars instead of one.
