This connector was a very good solution for connecting my RV solar charging project. My trailer came with a Furrion connector that connected to my home batteries and my solar panel had an SAE connector. This adapter not only made the connection easier, but also solved the problem of polarity reversal and supplied an additional connector specifically for this purpose.
