I was so delighted with these tights and they met all expectations except the color of the white pair. I ordered 5-6 for my tall 4 year old who normally wears 5T. I also order 12-24 months for my 14 month old baby. The white that came in the smaller size is the true white. Larger white cream/light beige. It is difficult to see in the photo, but in real life it is very noticeable. My daughter needed white tights and these don't pass as white at all. I hope that the company will help solve this problem. Regarding the size, I would say that it is definitely suitable for older children. They fit my 4 year old daughter great but I don't know if they will fit her in a year from now (if she is actually in the 5-6 age group). 12-24 months is great for my 14 month old girl but she is only 28 inches lol. These tights are also ideal for colder weather! I needed them so my girls could wear corsets, skirts, and dresses in the colder Maryland weather. They really keep you warm!
