I love the look of these shoes, they are light weight and very comfortable. But it really isn't a running shoe, even with the right fit my foot moved a little while running and there was no support whatsoever. Although they liked to go for a walk. Very soft, and that's a big problem. This soft foam sole wore out very quickly. I ran 3-4 miles a day on asphalt in it 2 or 3 times a week and the sole was gone. like holes on the insole for two months. I'm usually very light on shoes, real shoes last 4-5 months if I'm running 25-30 miles a week. As a casual/casual shoe they were great and I would wear them again as a casual comfy shoe.
