So far this thing is pretty cool, I'll update my review if anything bad happens to my phone while I'm using it. I have a Note 8 but your experience will likely be the same. First of all it's a big phone and it comes with a case so it's safe to say this thing will fit a 6.5 inch or smaller phone. The phone was bigger, it probably didn't fit. If you go underwater you'll lose the ability to use your touchscreen, so you'll either have to start recording from above water or use the control buttons. Snapchat video wasn't working for me for some reason even when I use the button. As if thinking that something was pressing the screen at the same time, he just stopped recording. I think a Snapchat image would work. I also feel safe knowing my phone should already be waterproof in case something happens and I'm not sure I would use this case if it wasn't. But most new phones are waterproof. So you should be fine.
