I feel bad for never posting negative reviews but I have to be honest. These things are very cheaply made. I have one (of a different brand obviously) from Home Depot and I bought it. I liked it. It's very durable and holds the genie and remote with no issues. I was hooked when I saw the same concept here on Revain and quickly bought two packs! I realized that as soon as I saw the packaging opened (judging by how they felt) that they are definitely not as good quality as the ones I bought at Home Depot. It's almost impossible to tighten the plastic screw enough to keep the adjustable legs from moving. I was only able to raise the shelf up but if I tilt it backwards I can't keep it horizontal so the legs don't come out. Since the legs cannot be tightened, the shelf cannot bear much. I'm not comfortable using the modem so I tried the remote instead. the avenue has slipped down and the shelves are sloppier than they were a few days ago. Unfortunately, that's as good as it gets.
