This was easy to assemble and it fit in the cup holder in my vehicle. It adjusted to fit the cupholder snuggly. The gooseneck arm is very stiff and much better than any other cupholder of this type I have tried. It does flop around. It does shake a little while driving, but not overly so. Unfortunately, there are some issues.The gooseneck arm does not rotate around cup holder itself like the last phone holder I tried. This means that you have to decide either where the arm goes, or where the cup handle slot goes. You can’t have both. Where I had to put the arm meant the cup handle slot is next to the gear shift, so that is useless to me. The other issue is the cupholder itself. It is very large, which is great if you need that much room, but in my situation, it crowds the gearshift. Also, it holds the contents with 3 rubber strips. That works fine for very large containers or when your drink is full. If you are drinking out of a can or a plastic bottle, the rubber strips tend to tip the container to the side when there isn’t enough weight to hold it down.
