I personally like this material. I have a blanket of the same material and I think it does its job well compared to other materials on the market, it's very smooth and soft. As a pillowcase, it doesn't keep you cool that well in my opinion. Also, the cooling material is only on one side, so if you ever turn your pillow over to the colder side, it really isn't. It closes with a zipper and the larger size fits a queen or king size pillow. I'm still trying, but for now I'd say if you have the money to spare, go for it. However, if you want to get rid of all your overheating issues, I don't think it will cost you anything.
