The quality is quite good, it doesn't sparkle, but no.
The quality is quite good, the sequins don't crumble, but it's not for a small baby. My daughter is one year old, she is very tall for her age and she bathed in this thing. As a result, I had to buy another brand. But it would be great for the 2+ crowd.
