I ordered a pallet at the end of last year. It took a long time to get it. About a month. When I received the package it didn't even come close to being the right product. I had to wait another 2 weeks to get a replacement before taking the wrong item to UPS. He was bent. I wasn't thrilled with it but I was tired of waiting and it was cheap. However, it's cracked now. Ugh, I love that you can lift the tray to make it bigger. The quality is definitely lacking. You get what you pay for.
