There seemed to be many options for this type of product. I chose the Cafele because of the length of the cord and the ability to order additional attachments without a cord. Unfortunately, I rate Cafele with 1 star. The main problems are the size and shape of the nozzles and the size of the cable attachment. The Micro-B tips have almost no side pins. All three micro-B tips had their side pins short and of different lengths. These pins help keep the tip in the device port. It's true that both the spade lugs and sockets on devices wear out over time, but even with brand new sockets, the spade lugs tend to slip out when the cable is pulled 180 degrees out of connection with the socket. Problem. Yes, this indicates that the magnetic mount is strong, but it also means you might accidentally or accidentally pull the tip out further from the device than you'd like. If the side pins were the correct length and consistent height, the tip would stay in place much better. The round shape is good, but only if your chosen device isn't in a case. In Apple's matching iPad case, the hole in the case is a rectangle and the tip doesn't fit into the device. On some other devices I have the same situation. The square or rectangular openings in the cases are not big enough for the tip to fit all the way in. The only option is to cut the casing. The size of the cable holder is quite large. This is the barrel-shaped end that protrudes over 1 inch from your device. It then tapers to the diameter of the cable but is still stiff and makes a full extension of at least an inch and a half or three quarters. The cable is flexible but also a bit stiff. The end result of this length and stiffness is frequent instantaneous disconnects when the cable is bumped or jolted. If you hang the device far from the edge of a table, a passing cat can immediately break the connection. . The magnet is strong enough to let the connection reset itself, but if you have loading and shutdown beeps, you'll get the gig. This kit contains three cables and nine cable lugs. I don't currently have any USB-c devices and the micro-B tips seem to have poor quality control. Flash tips are fine as long as they fit in cased devices. They don't offer any mini b tips that I could find. Since I have many batteries with mini-B connectors, universal charging with a single cable remains out of reach. Disappointing.
