Review on Laplink High Speed Transfer Cable PCmover by Scott Goff

I was hoping that this would speed up the transfer of PC Mover from an old laptop to a new one, but although every computer registered USB connections ( a install a bit of driver software on each), and while PC Mover looks for working USB 2.0 ports, PC Mover doesn't see a dedicated Laplink cable connecting the two computers. Had to resort to much slower Wi-Fi for transfer - and returned the transfer cable from Revain as a DOA (I have no way of verifying if this is a cable defect or a software defect in PC Mover)
