175 lbs, 5'4 , I ordered a large, fits great. What you would want out of a jogger set. loose, but not messy looking. It is SUPER SOFT and comfortable. It is thin, so it is great to wear in warmer weather. (but, not too thin. ) Love the material. I would recommend, and I am buying two more sets now.
