So the thing is, I dropped my phone about three feet on the hard linoleum floor in a Virginia hospital and instantly caused a storm that had all the sailors in the area flinching and looking for their boss, but it was only an old soldier who was angry with himself. The case protected the phone as it should, which is a huge relief as I've barely updated my Note 9 with my info. So I'm confused, should I be glad it did its job and broke and not my phone, or be upset that I have to buy a new case that only lasted a little over a week? Just to add to this review I am now buying another case due to weak points in pic 2. This failed and the stand no longer stays closed or holds the phone upright. I love this case but now I'm looking for a better one. Too many failures in every case I've bought. Save only that they are inexpensive.
