Bought 2 packs - no function

When I connect my Samsung Galaxy S9 to it, none charge. One of them doesn't even show that it's connected, the other puts out a message on my phone to verify the connection (it's connected securely). When I use the same cable in an OEM adapter, my phone tells me that it charges fast.
