They got in touch immediately and sent another set. Through customer service they have gained a customer for life. Great people, great product. Excellent quality toothpicks. 2 stars given because each container was broken on top. Intended to use them on tables as supplied but I had to purchase other containers to put them in. I was expecting them to be better packaged so as not to crush them when I received them.
