It was good from afar but once you get it you feel it and UNDERSTAND lol You can change your mind pretty quickly not sure if it may be the only ones we have or if they are all the same but right out of the box it had a very strong chemical smell almost like some kind of petroleum based oil like my car motor oil and after a few washes it just didn't fully blend on the outside , it's thin and light as expected which is one of the positives as we wanted thinner and lighter for summer but this material almost feels like canvas or kevlar it definitely doesn't feel like it but it does uncomfortable in material and the seams on the pillowcases are already beginning to diverge along with the main duvet. If none of that bothers you then this might work for you because when you're not actually using it or smelling removal it's a lovely duvet with lovely but smelly matching pillowcases. For me, on the other hand, I might think it was better suited to serve as a patriotic bulletproof vest or sewn together for a fire hose, or maybe I misread the description and it was made as a patriotic coral reef for ocean life. or just a giant foot scraper lol. Definitely not suitable if you intend to use it, but if it's just for a bed in a guest room, just for looks, then it may be suitable because it's nicely designed and good looking, but not for the practical use.
