Cadillac Deville 2005 . My issues were clicks under the dash and inconsistent airflow. Sometimes clogged vents would result in air simply flowing through the windshield, which felt like a partial flow through the vents. I did the exchange myself, I'm looking on the internet for instructions on how to exchange. First I drove to a wild yard, bought a temperature valve actuator, and then the air was cold on one side, hot on the other, which didn't work. I searched on Amazon, found the original unit ACDelco GM 15-73428, all problems were solved. All airflow operations are working properly and the follow-up purchase August 2019 is now April 2022.
