Review on 🍊 TheraBreath Dry Mouth Lozenges with Zinc, 200 Lozenges, Mandarin Mint, 200 Count (2-Pack) by Randy Olson

I upgraded it to 4 stars after the manufacturer contacted me, see (below .)* This is an amazing product and since using it it's now my favorite breath freshener lozenge.* But after three boxes I've noticed weird packaging issues with each one.* Let's get to the beginning Chase - The label on this box should be changed to read "about 100 lozenges per box" because on my last box I counted manually and got 94 lozenges not 100. In the second box I got 97. I didn't even bother Made me check the first box but I noticed a couple of empty wrappers.* the photo shows why. Each lozenge is individually wrapped. (They're damn hard to open btw n.) But the automatic filling machines used to fill these packages are hit and miss. 1.5 inch lollipops stick together and sometimes you get packages with nothing inside at all. . Not worth sending the whole box back if I get a "short circuit" to some lollipops here and there. But this is a problem that needs to be solved. If the box says "100 Lollipops," you should get it. I'm just unlucky because I never hit 100. At least not yet. But I will keep buying them. (UPDATE - AUGUST 15, 2016) - After I wrote this review, the manufacturer contacted me about my issue. Although I am already a fan and have stated that I would continue to buy these lollipops, they sent me a replacement which arrived over the weekend to compensate for my troubles. I NEVER expected it. I have to say that not only is this product great, but it comes out of the box even MORE for an excellent customer service response! This demonstrates the honesty of its creators and their sincere desire to please. + TeraBreath!
