I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this tool without any training or support from us! It's also very intuitive which makes using fresh desk much easier than other call center softwares out there (which are usually more complicated).
The only thing i dislike about mint cti was when we had some issues where our phone system would hang up during calls but not disconnecting them - even though they were still connected through live chat/webcam etc.. We solved those problems by adding an extra layer between customer service agents & clients via webcams / chats instead of just relying solely upon traditional voice communication systems such as phones.
