Great, and the glass is NOT thin
Some people say the glass is too thin because it cracked when first used. I think it's more like people who don't know how they differ from dab rigs. You can't heat it until it glows, that's too much for a straw like this, and I suspect most of these problems are due to overheating. A small torch will do for this, and flashing a large torch will break it. It was well packaged and looks just like the picture. The thickness of the glass is EXCELLENT. Just don't treat it like a rig
