This was the only cabinet deep enough for our Victrola. I bought the black one with a cherry red tip, planning on going for a faux finish. I used brown and yellow acrylic paint and added decorative appliques. I also changed the door handle to match our interior. It was very easy to assemble and very durable. I can only assume that the downvotes didn't tighten the cam locks properly. I also glued each piece for extra support. The whole process, including the artificial finish, took about 3 hours. This is a good product for the price. I also drilled additional holes for the center plate shelf. See photo.
