The leggings are very shimmery. I purchased the green. They worked for my Halloween costume. However, they are an odd fit. I'm not a tall girl (5'3) and they were short. I was expecting them to come down to my ankles, but the length was definitely more between my calves and my ankles. And the waist comes up pretty high. Again, good for a one night Halloween ensemble, but I'm not sure I'll wear them again.
