Fits well to my 7 and 9 year olds Pros The quality of the pocket, stitching and closures is excellent The slip pocket and all other pockets are enough for small snacks plus a light jacket It has a chest strap which makes it more suitable for long walks and trips Pretty easy mechanism for opening and closing and biting off and catching water The snorkel as mentioned by other reviewers is very long and we tried rolling it up in the pocket No safety whistle but that was an easy fix with the $5 safety whistles we just clipped to the top of the bag the ventilation doesn't work.biggest.but i bought these bags because i knew si e would soon grow. And I can get them better structured bags/packs for hotter weather where we live. They would sleep with him if I let them.
