I bought 7 of these. Not the one I could just screw the lightbulb in. The threads are definitely misaligned. If you have a lot of patience, I mean a lot of patience, I think you can finally screw the lightbulb in properly. It took me 30 minutes to screw in just one lightbulb. I love the look of these candles and wanted them to work. The seller was clear and let me replace 4 of them. Of those 4, 2 weren't that difficult, but the other 2 were. Finally I managed to screw the bulbs evenly. Don't hope to change lightbulbs when they burn out. In the end I'm happy with them. They look great on windows.
