I have bought some great monitor pole mounts from another manufacturer and I love them. Mainly because the base is absolutely military level. The problem is that the sticks are too short. One of them is designed to mount monitors from 2 to 32 inches, so I ordered a long stand (48 inches) from another manufacturer, and even if I have to run a welding machine, I will do it for 32. However, I don't need a long rod. The top monitor only needed to be raised another 5 or 6 inches so I didn't have to look down at the bottom monitor. This plate works great. Simply attach the mounting plate to the threaded holes in this adapter and the open hole side to your monitor. I will now be ordering 2 more for the other pairs of vertical monitors I have. Problem. REALLY tighten that screw to keep it from moving and stinking. Works well.
