Loops on the mask always irritate the ears after a while. This device worked fairly well for this issue, but it could have been designed a little differently. For example, the plastic hooks that attach to the ear loops are open hooks, so they easily slip off the ear loops when the tension is released, meaning these things are easy to lose. I would prefer an enclosed mount so I can easily slip it on and off over my head instead of trying to hook or unhook the device every time I put it on or take it off. But overall it's better than the alternative (at least until I find an N95 mask that fits over the head and not over the ears).
